Details: The 2026 July 4th FreedomFest, one of the biggest July 4th celebrations in Philadelphia, will light up Pleasant Hill Park with an unforgettable fireworks show along the Delaware River, celebrating America’s 250th birthday. Enjoy a fun, free community gathering with food trucks, vendors, beer gardens, music, and family-friendly entertainment.
This year’s fest will feature a 40-foot Ferris Wheel and an energetic performance by our headliner, Philly Heart & Soul. The event will kick off at 5 PM with a ceremonial flag-raising and a stirring rendition of the National Anthem. The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks display at 9 PM.
The event was made possible through a collaboration with State Street Events, with additional attractions provided by TMD Entertainment.
There is no on-site parking, but you can park on State Road and surrounding area. We recommend utilizing a ride share to get to the event.
